• Abdul Karim Ibn Fahruk is the current King of Krosa.
• Inaya is the king's senior wife. Rumored to be a sorceress.
• Ardin Ibn Fahruk is the royal wizard of Krosa, the king's scheming half-brother. He is tolerated (barely) by the Imam and the royal warband, but not liked.
• Abdul Salam is the current Imam (chief priest of Ela of Krosa). He is the king's grandfather's youngest brother.
• Mustafa Ibn Rab (age 57) is the current vizier. (King's advisor).
• Nabil (age 39, the king's mother's sister's son, a ghazi/paladin) is the current captain of the Falcons.
• Rava Abdul-Hakim (age 45, the king's full sister, another ghazi) is a sergeant of the Falcons. Treated as an honorary male, but still scandalous.
• Halim (a commoner) is the captain of the City Watch.
• Zahir is the current Warden of the Woods, the chief of the druids on Krosa.
• The Beggar King is the leader of the Banu Sasan, the organization of rogues in the city.
• The Grandmother is the leader of the organization of prostitutes in the city.

Roleplay logs

• An audience with the king: Ragnar Orcbane proposes a band of adventurers to the king, but with a disastrous lack of diplomacy.
